It works and hasn't rusted yet and I have had it for approximately a year. It holds an extra toilet roll and your magazines. Looks exactly like the image. I can turn my bathroom decor without this clashing and I don't have to drill any holes in my wall (I have a pedestal sink). Although at plainly organized they have one about the same price that hold three extra rolls that are enclosed but it doesn't look as pretty as this one - I use this in my small specialist bathroom and sometimes water from the shower will get on the roll.
